Looked at and noted the follow two reading strategies:
Inferring- Interpreting clues left by the author and combining this with prior knowledge to create meaning.
Analyzing- Responding critically to a story and figuring out the author's purpose for writing it.
2. Looked at the short story "Consorting With Frogs" by Farley Mowat
3. Started "Inferring: Context Clues" exercise
The "Inferring: Context Clues" exercise is to be finished for homework is you were not able to finish it in class.
