NB IT Council Guarantees Tech Jobs to High-school Students   The NBITC is pleased to once again offer job guarantees to up to 25 of this year’s high-school graduating class.  Successful applicants will be guaranteed a full-time job at current market rates with one of the participating companies on completion of a mutually agreeable technology related post-secondary degree or diploma.  The Council is also pleased to announce it is partnering with Rising Stars to offer a mentoring program to the “The Class of 2012”, many of who will also be provided with summer employment, work-terms, and potentially scholarships.    Details on how to apply can be found at . The application deadline is June 15th.

A representative for NBCC will be visiting MVHS on May 1st .  The Rep would like to speak with Students doing Independent Study.  Any students interested in NBCC programs for this year or next are ask to meet in the main theatre at 1:45pm.

On Tuesday April 24th English Professors from the Univeristy of New Brunswick will be visiting MVHS.  Our English department has arranged for a session with our Grade 11 & 12 Level 1 English classes.
