Graduates are asked to select an available appointment time to come in to the MVHS theater for a brief individual diploma presentation. Due to gathering limitations established by public health, we are only permitted to have 1 graduate and at most SIX guests per graduate to attend their presentation. Appointments are available June 2, 3, 4, 8, and 9 during the times 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
This ceremony will require graduates to arrive dressed appropriately in their gown and cap. Students are encouraged to dress formally under your gown to ensure that our virtual graduation models the decorum of our regular ceremony. These individual sessions will be videotaped and then later edited together in alphabetical order to make up the presentation of diplomas component of our virtual graduation ceremony that will be launched the evening of June 17, 2020. There will not be a photographer at these sessions. Parents can take pictures of the graduates.
