September 22nd, students received an information sheet and consent form from public health.  Public Health has invited your child to a Covid-19 vaccination clinic that will take place at the school in October. 

If your child has already had the vaccine, but has not received their second dose, this may be given during the clinic day at the school if the gap between the two vaccines is within 28 days.  Simply bring proof of vaccination of their first dose to the clinic.

Vaccine information and follow-up instructions are available online. This information can be found on the information sheet from Public Health.

All Covid-19 consent forms must be returned to the school.  The date of the clinic is October 6th.
