Science 9 - Students had homework checked from the previous night and were then put into groups for a jigsaw activity. The groups covered material from section 15.1 in their textbooks. Students also got their test marks today and will get their tests back once all students have finished writing them. Homework was to finish up their sections for the jigsaw activity which most were able to do in class.   Biology 112 - Homework was checked from the previous day. Students got back their tests today and there will be a make up test given tomorrow at the start of lunch. Students have been told how the marks from the makeup test will work. We began looking at photosynthesis in detail today with an emphasis on the light dependent reactions of photosynthesis. Students were given hand outs and shown a short animation on the topic.
