Today we read a passage from Edgar Allen Poe's "A Tell-Tale Heart" and looked at the creative use of conventions in it. You were asked to find four examples of creative use of conventions in mentor texts and/or your novel and record the convention as well as what effect is created.   Snapshot moments are due tomorrow.
