The 23rd Annual Miramichi Hoop Classic co-hosted by Miramichi Valley High School and James M Hill Memorial High School will take place Thursday November 19th, Friday November 20th and Saturday November 21st.  Games will be held at Miramichi Valley, James M Hill, and  Dr. Losier Middle School.  The tournament will feature 8 senior mens and ladies teams from across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.  Mens teams attending the Miramichi Hoop Classic are: Miramichi Valley, James M Hill, North Nova, Amherst Regional, John Caldwell, Moncton High, Bernice MacNaughton, and JH Gillis.  Ladies teams attending include:  Miramichi Valley, James M Hill, Harbour View, Fundy, Tantramar, Southern Victoria, Saint John High and Amherst.  The finals for the tournament will be held at MVHS with the ladies final at 2:00 PM and the men squaring off at 4 PM.  Tournament passes are available at the door, $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors.  All Miramichi Hoops players get admitted into games at MVHS for free.
