There will be a free wellness event held on October 1st, 2011 from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm at the Golden Hawk Recreation Complex in Miramichi. Activities will include the grand reopening of the tennis courts and James M. Hill Track, a skateboard demo, a tennis demo, lifeguard & synchronized swimming demo, demo by the Miramichi Whitecaps, a healthy barbeque and  information booths.
