The grade nine immunization clinic will be held on Tuesday, September 23rd. It is organized through English class. All grade nine students are eligible for a vaccine against meningococcal infection.  This vaccine offers protection against four types of meningococcal disease:  A, C, Y, and W-135.  Please complete both sections of the consent form and return to your child's English teacher.  If you have any questions, please contact Mary Lou Hudson.
