The 28th Annual Miramichi Hoop Classic co-hosted by Miramichi Valley High School and James M Hill Memorial High School will take place Thursday November 18^th to Saturday November 20th.  Games will be held at Miramichi Valley and James M Hill.  The tournament will feature 6 senior boys's and 6 senior girls' teams from across New Brunswick.  Boys’s teams attending the Miramichi Hoop Classic are: Miramichi Valley, James M Hill, Woodstock, Moncton High, Leo Hayes and Hartland. Lady's teams attending include:  Miramichi Valley, James M Hill, Carleton North, Rothesay High School, Woodstock High School, and Tantramar.  The final for the men will be held at JMH at 3:15 PM with the lady's final also at 3:15 PM at MVHS. Games begin on Thursday evening at MVHS when the cross-river rivals tipping off the season against each other. The girls will take the court at 6:15 PM and the boys at 8:00 PM. Games resume at both JMH and MVHS at noon on Friday. Tournament passes are available at the door, $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors.
