How often have we said to somebody that we care about, "Don't be so hard on yourself"? Most of us have an easier time of being compassionate toward somebody we care about before we can do the same for ourselves. The activity this week asks us to stop and consider why we may be harder on ourselves and provides us with prompts to be mindful of self-compassion.
