The annual Miramichi Valley High School awards night will take place on Tuesday June 5th starting at 6:30 PM in the main theatre. Tickets are going on sale beginning on Monday May 28th and can be purchased any day that week at noon by students in the main entrance or by parents at the main office. Tickets are $5 each and please note there are a limited number of tickets available.
Exams take place from June 11th to the 14th. The exam schedule is attached. Please note that periods 1 and 2 take place on Monday, June 11th. Period 3 takes place a day 2, Tuesday June 12th. The other periods take place accordingly (again, please look at the attached schedule). If you are sick during an exam date, please call Mr. Jamieson at the school immediately. It's time! It's time to register for the MVHS Rainbow Chase. The event is a 3km untimed walk/run event that is hosted by the grad class and all money raised goes to safe grad. It will be held at the school on Monday, May 21 at 10am. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Registration is twenty five dollars for adults and ten dollars for kids 10 and under. Registration forms are due at the main office by Friday, May 4th.

Public Health conducted an immunization clinic at MVHS last fall and offered 2 vaccines to all eligible grade 9 students. There was a vaccine to protect against meningococcal infection and a vaccine to protect against chicken pox.
Please note that due to the weather forecast, the course selection information evening that was scheduled for Tuesday evening has been moved to Monday, March 19 from 5:30 to 7:30 in the cafeteria. All parents, guardians, and students are encouraged to attend to plan for the upcoming academic year.
