Picture day is Wednesday, September 26 and is organized through English class. If a grade 12 student has English next semester, please see Mrs. Hudson for an appointment.
There will be a parent and student information session about the Africa 2020 trip on Thursday, October 4th at 7:30 pm in the lecture theatre. This will be for all Grade 10 and 11 students. This will be an exciting cross-cultural partnership and learning experience.

The MVHS football team is ready to start their training season. The team is excited to begin the season and welcomes new head coach Rich Pirie. All MVHS students from grades 9-12 are welcomed to try out for the team. The details can be found below.
The annual Miramichi Valley High School awards night will take place on Tuesday June 5th starting at 6:30 PM in the main theatre. Tickets are going on sale beginning on Monday May 28th and can be purchased any day that week at noon by students in the main entrance or by parents at the main office. Tickets are $5 each and please note there are a limited number of tickets available.
Exams take place from June 11th to the 14th. The exam schedule is attached. Please note that periods 1 and 2 take place on Monday, June 11th. Period 3 takes place a day 2, Tuesday June 12th. The other periods take place accordingly (again, please look at the attached schedule). If you are sick during an exam date, please call Mr. Jamieson at the school immediately.
