The 2018 graduation class is having a bottle drive on Saturday, October 28th from 9am to noon.  All money raised goes to safe grad.  We need all grads, friends, and family to come out to help us raise money for this important event. Please meet at the industrial side of the school for 9am. Hope to see you there!

ASDN has planned a trip for May/June 2019 to mark the 75th anniversary of D-Day along with honoring the North Shore Regiment's wartime contributions. Any students interested in more information are asked to see Mr. Savage as soon as possible. There will be a student information meeting on Tuesday, October 24th at 12:30 in Mr. Savage's classroom. A parent information meeting will take place during the month of November.

Due to teacher meetings, Wednesday, October 25 will be a half day for students.  Students will be dismissed at 11:35. Early Dismissal (Storm Day) bus routes will be used on this date.

Carrefour Beausoleil will be having a school wide evacuation practice on Thursday, October 12 at 1:10pm (weather permitting).  Due to the fact that MVHS is their alternate site, they will gather, outside, at the back of our property.  There may be police involved in their drill.

Student picture order forms are due at the main office by October 18th.

The 95.9 Sun FM team is holding their 5th Annual Food Drive for Friends. This year, the school with the largest number of donations will receive $250 toward Safe Grad (courtesy of the Irish Festival).  We will be collecting food items next week in a large box in the main office and will deliver to 95.9 next Thursday, October 5th.  Let's help our community by giving back and earn money for Safe Grad!

The Jostens grad ring representative will be coming to MVHS on Wednesday, October 11 and Thursday, October 12 at noon hour in the main lobby.  Catalogues can be picked up at the main office.  A sixty dollar deposit is required to place the order.
