Students will receive their course selection sheets on Monday , Feb 27th . Feb 28, will be a parent/student course information at MVHS Cafeteria from 6-7:30 for all grades. Parents and students are highly encouraged to attend this information session to plan for their upcoming academic year. On March 1st and 2nd students will be entering their selected courses in computer labs during their English classes. IF you have any question please contact the MVHS guidance dept.
Congrats to our boys AAA Provincial Championship Basketball Team. We are all very proud. There will be a victory parade taking place tonight (February 26th). Players are asked to meet at 7:45 at the Civic Center upper parking lot. At aproximately 8:00pm (Jimmy Watters time), the team will be escorted to the Kin Center, where there will be a meet and greet and a short ceremony. We look forward to seeing as many supporters wearing blue and gold. Well done boys.
Our final yearbook sale will take place next week from Tuesday, February 21st to Thursday, February 23rd. The cost is $45.00 or $50.00 with your name. This is the final opportunity to put aside your copy. We have sold out over the last few years, so be sure to put your copy aside next week.

Due to delays caused by last week's storm, Semester II classes will begin for students on Friday, Feb 3rd. Period 5 exams will still be written Tuesday January 31st at 8:45 AM. If you have missed an exam, please contact the school on Tuesday. ELPA's will be written on Friday during class time.
Any MVHS student who is living in an area where buses will not be running Monday or Tuesday is asked to contact the school on Monday morning to discuss options for their exams. Reminder to aĺl students that Day 3 exams will begin Monday morning at 8:45 and Day 4 exams will be Monday afternoon at 12:30.
If schools are open on Friday, Friday is day three in the exam schedule. Monday will be day four 8:45, and five exams 12:30. If there are any further disruptions, more information will follow.
