Free Community Mental Health Literacy Session 

Open to Parents, Students and Concerned Community Members 

Monday, February 6^th from 6-8 PM

Mental Health Literacy is a topic that is of utmost importance for students, parents and community members of greater Miramichi. This session is tailored to those who want to increase their knowledge about mental health. At the end of this session, you will learn key strategies you can employ to obtain and maintain good mental health, you will develop a deeper understanding of the differences between mental distress, mental health problems and mental illnesses and you will also learn how to get help (or help someone) who may be living with a mental health problem or disorder.
