Queen’s University Accelerated Route to Medical School (QuARMS) is a unique initiative where 10 extraordinary high school students be prepared to start medical school after two years of undergraduate arts, science or computing.  This means they can receive a Queen’s MD just six years after finishing high school.  This is the only accelerated program in Canada and does not require to students to complete the MCAT.  Students must have a high school average of 90% or above and be nominated by their school. Applicants must complete an admission application for one Queen’s University’s undergraduate honours programs (Bachelor of Arts (QA), Science (QS) or Computing (QD) through the Ontario Universities Application Centre (OUAC).  https://www.ouac.on.ca/by mid-November to ensure they have access to the online Major Admission Award application on the Queen’s student portal (SOLUS).  Find out more about this program at meds.queensu.ca/quarms
