Cul Tech classes 110 and 120 will be having Smallwares and Knife quizzes this week. Nutrition class will be starting a new chapter this week on the nutrient "Fats".

It's been busy in the Cul Tech Lab this week, students have completed a cookie lab, a cinnamon lab and a biscuit lab, the Culinary Cafe will begin next week after the Thanksgiving holiday.

Welcome back to all students for another semester. We are starting to dive into our introductory chapters in Cul Tech and starting our wellness wheels in Nutrition. To date students should have completed a poster in Cul Tech and Nutrition.
