The students have a test tomorrow(Friday) on Chapter 5 - System of Linear Inequalities. There are plenty of review pages in the text book.  The can work on pg. 267-269 # 1-11 for review.

Today more optimization questions were worked on , focusing on Objective function and using this to find maximum/minimum values.

Homework pg. 253 # 1,2,3, pg. 262 # 7 (graph) and pg. 248 # 4,5,6 - Set up questions only, don't need to graph.

Discussed Multiplyng and Dividing Decimals (use calculators) and Order of Operations with Decimals.

Homework pg. 127 # 5,11,  pg. 134 # 3,7,9 and pg. 140 # 3,13 (No estimating, just answers)

There will be a test on Thursday, Feb. 13 on Rationals (adding, subtracting,multiplying and dividing fractions and decimals and order of operations with fractions and decimals.)
