Tuxedo tickets are on sale until Friday, May 11th.  The draw will be on May 11th and the lucky winner gets a free tux rental for the prom from Tip Top Tailor.  See any member of the grad committee for a ticket.

The Local Bursary and Scholarship application form is now available at the main office and on the website.  Some scholarships are due as early as May 15th, so check out the due dates.

The Tim Horton's Safe Grad Community Clean Up will be held on Saturday, May 5th at the three Tim Horton's locations on this side of the river.  A barbecue will follow at the downtown and Douglastown locations.  Tim Horton's will be making a donation to our 2012 Safe Grad, so come out to support our grads and to help clean our beautiful city.

Mount Allison University has launched a pilot program to specifically target rural male students in grade 11 who we believe have the ability to succeed in university, but for a number of reasons, may be at risk for not continuing through high school and university.  This program addresses these issues and others through targeted programming and with residential experiences where they host a summer camp in Sackville at Mount Allison University for five days, all expenses paid, and lastly, an extensive role modeling with the student mentors.

The Student Financial Services Branch (SFS) of the Department of Post Secondary Education Training and Labour is pleased to announce a new web based presentation on student financial assistance programs for NB high school students and their parents.  This webinar replaces the annual visitation program and will  make it possible for Student Financial Services to reach more students and parents.  We will have the date of the information session within the next few weeks and we will send all necessary information in another voice mail.  It will also be available on the SFS website at
