The English Language Proficiency Assessment and Reassessment will take place on January 18th and 19th.  It is important that all students are in attendance on time.  The Semester 1 exams will take place from January 23rd to the 26th.  The exam schedule is attached.  January 27th and 30th are both storm days.  Semester 2 begins for all students on January 31st.

A French-Second-Language Public Consultation will be held for parents/ guardians who wish partake in an organized discussion re: this topic, on Wednesday, December 14th, from 6:30 PM – 8:00PM, in the gymnasium of St. Andrews Elementary, 77 Chatham Avenue, Miramichi.This is a sponsored activity of the Provincial Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. The Writing 110 class participated in a field trip to Gretna Green Elementary School recently.  Most of the students in the class created children's books that they read aloud to the K-5 students.  Others created writing lessons that they taught at the grade three and four levels.  Quinn Fredrikson and Dylan Collette created a book specifically for boys entitled, Rise of the Chocolate Milk Zombies.  Using the book and their passion for writing, the boys held a writers workshop for struggling boy writers.Event Links
