Attention students, parents, and guardians: we recently learned that Friday October 30th is now a Professional Learning day for teachers, so there will be NO SCHOOL for students. This PL day will replace one of the days in the new year. We will inform you of that date as soon as it is confirmed.
Students will receive progress reports on October 22 and 23. Students should have one progress report for each subject.
We are in the process of updating our student information. We ask that you please update and return the Student Data Collection form as soon as possible, if you haven't already done so. Please make sure that you have also completed and returned the Media Coverage - Parent Permission form, as well. Both of these forms were handed out in mid September. If you did not receive the forms, please contact the main office at 627-4083. Your help is greatly appreciated.

ASD-N has created 3 new short videos, to help remind students and staff in a fun way of how to follow the health guidelines to ensure a safe school environment.
We like to call it the ASD-N WAM! approach: W - Wash your hands, A- Apart 6 feet in common areas and outside your bubble, and M- Mask. We hope you enjoy these videos!
Miramichi Valley High School Girls Soccer will begin practicing at the MVHS field on Monday, September 14, from 3:45-5:30pm. Practices will run each day until Friday. All girls in grades 9 to 12 are welcome and encouraged to play. Contact Mr. Cameron (brett.cameron@nbed.nb.ca) for more information.
“Now more than ever, students and staff are advised to stay home if you do not feel well. You should remain at home until your symptoms are gone, unless otherwise advised by Public Health or your doctor. If you have any questions about your symptoms, please call 811. If students develop symptoms while at school, please remember that it is extremely important that they are picked up within an hour of being contacted, to maintain the health of our school communities. And please follow this easy checklist every day: (see attachment)”
Please open the attachment for the MVHS Operational Plan and cleaning schedule. Please note that the Operational Plan is a living document and will be updated regularly.
