Watched the video "The Miracle of Life" Test coming up next week(Tuesday), review will be handed out tomorrow.

Discussed  human conception, development of a zygote to embyro to fetus throughout the trimesters.  Will be watching the Miracle of Life tomorrow during class.

Groups that didn't present their information today will do so tomorrow.   Page 235 questions 1-4

Period 4 - no homework   Period 6 Write a paragraph explaining why you are for or against Genetic Screening being available to everyone.

Period 2 & 6 Homework Complete the lab worksheet for Wed, both sides. Complete the worksheet - you must state the type of reaction, balance the equation and write out the word equation.  It will be colllected for marks.   Work on worksheets from the last test where students seemed to have the most difficulty with.   Science Help Wednesday at 12:10  

Period 2 Reviewed types of reactions, discussed combustion reactions Assigned the completion of the first worksheet and 4-20 and Ex 1 on the second worksheet for homework.     Period 6  Discussed exothermic and endothermic & provided examples Went over three types of reactions and how to complete the reaction equations Homework - complete all 10 questions in each of synthese, decomposition and simple displacement.
