Then inside the letter, add all Zentangle designs. If you have a Sharpie, trace all the lines. Have fun and be creative. Take Care.

Good morning. This project is called , hand holding globe. I have a black and white copy of the example. From the example you will create something of your choice. Look at the colored example for ideas. If you were holding the globe in your hand and looking into it, what would you see? I need to see a person or cartoon character. I also need to see the arm of that person coming back at the bottom of the globe. See example. When you finish the person/ cartoon character, decide what your background scene will look like. It can be an outdoor scene or an indoor scene. When you finish the drawing, then color it. If you draw Spong Bob, don't forget to color the hand at the bottom yellow, because it's him holding the globe and his hand is yellow. Right? Be creative and have fun. Take care.

For this project, you will need a magazine and if you don't just print a face off the internet. Make sure the face is the size of your sheet of paper. Once you find a face cut it into 9 pieces. You will only need 5 pieces to glue on your white sheet of paper. Leave equal spaces between each pieces of face. Look at example. Once you glue all pieces on, then you can draw the rest of the face in between the gaps. You can color this project or use the shading technique. Pick a face, that will challenge you. Have fun.

I've received a few projects so far. Keep sending them my way and keep up the great work. This weeks project is called the trees of the four seasons. You can tape 2 small sheets of paper together, to make it long like the example. It's a maple tree. You can draw a tree on a separate piece of paper and use that for an example to trace 4 times. The first season should be spring, then summer, fall and winter. On the tree for spring, you will only color a few buds starting to grow, not much greenery. For summer, all the leaves are out, so it's full and green. For fall, the leaves are changing color and starting to fall. You can also put leaves on the ground. For winter all the leaves fell off, so only the tree colored brown. Above each tree, write down the seasons. You can look online for a silhouette of a tree that you would like to draw. Good luck and have fun. Missing you guys.

Happy Monday guys. The next project is called Woodland Art. You can search for an example on line. Just type in Woodland Art. You will notice that most pictures are animals. ( turtle, bear, wolf, eagle...) Once you find one that you like, draw it on a piece of paper, with all the details that you see in the example. It's usually done on the biggest sheet of paper. When finished drawing, color it. Have fun and make sure to pick one that will challenge you. Take Care and don't forget to send me your projects by email.

Happy Monday everyone. The next project is called the puzzle picture. Find a cartoon character that you would like to draw. The example is a Minion. So draw it first, then color it. When it's all done, cut it in 8 equal pieces. You may need to fold your sheet to do this. When all your pieces are cut, mix them up and glue them on a piece of construction paper. Have fun. I'll be calling my homeroom class this week sometime. Take Care.

Good morning. Hope you all had a great Easter weekend. This next project is called Face Collage. You will notice in the example that it's  a side profile of a face. You will need magazines to do this one. It's usually done on the biggest sheet of paper. (Wellness placemat one) Before you start, take your pencil and draw a face. ( Side profile) Forhead, nose, chin and neck. Then decide if you want to make a boy or a girl. Pick out the hair color that you want. Look for skin color. You only need 1 eye. Look for a nose, if you can't find one just use skin color to make one. Look for lips. In the example, they are wearing shirts, so you can decide which color you want for that. Have fun with this one and get creative. Take care. Miss you guys. :)

This project is called the creative alphabet. It's usually done on the biggest sheet we use in class. Like the wellness placemat. I'm sure you don't have that size at home, so you can just tape 2 small sheets together. The top row should be your letters from A-M and the bottom row should be from N-Z. In the middle you will put the creative name of your letters. The example is called the flower alphabet. Flowers are wrapped around the letters. You can search online for creative ideas. It should be colored. Good luck and have fun.
