All parents, students and friends in the community are invited to the MVHS Wellness Breakfast taking place on Friday, February 21st from 7am-9am. This is a free breakfast hosted by the entire MVHS staff. In addition to breakfast, there will be several wellness booths, draws and entertainment. We hope you can join us Friday.

Several new scholarships have been added to http://www.studentscholarships.org/. This is NB's leading source for finding scholarship money. Some scholarships have deadlines so please look soon and often.
Due to the change in the exam schedule, Mr. Svarc's skit trip planned for this weekend will be postponed. Mr. Svarc will announce the new date shortly.
Due to today's school cancellation, the exams that were scheduled for today, January 22nd, will be written tomorrow, January 23rd.. As a result, the exam schedule will move ahead one day. Exams that were scheduled for Thursday will now be written on Friday, and exams that were scheduled for Friday will now be written on Monday. There will be no classes for students on Tuesday, January 28th. Semester 2 will start on Wednesday, January 29th.
Course changes for grade 10, 11, and 12 students can be made prior to the start of sem 2 on the following days during exam week:

The yearbook committee will be holding its FINAL sale next week...and yes, we mean final. Only ten extra yearbooks will be ordered this year. So, it is important that you purchase your yearbook next week or online. The cost of the yearbook is $45.00. It is still possible to get your name embossed on the cover for an extra $5.00. Come and see us in the main lobby at 12:00pm Monday-Friday next week.
The MVHS Drama Club presents the everlasting classic tale of two boys and a girl who follow Peter Pan and the invisible fairy, Tinker Bell, into Never Land, where children never grow old and where Captain Hook and his pirates do battle with Peter, the Elves and the Lost Boys. It’s an adventure that is sure to thrill children of all ages!Four chances left to see the show: tonight through Friday @ 7PM.
