 "A Drowning" by Mark Ferguson, the painting "Fall of Icarus" by Brueghel, the poem "Musee des Beaux Arts" by W.H. Auden, and the poem "Landscape With the Fall of Icarus" by William Carlos Williams.    Scoring Rubric for “A Drowning” Project 10 marks  for each question.  Completely answered; supporting detail where needed.  (30 marks) 10 marks for quality of the information package.  Neatness.  Originality.  Presentation. 10 marks for spelling and mechanics of writing. We have started a project looking at the short story "A Drowning" by Mark Ferguson, the painting "Fall of Icarus" by Brueghel, the poem "Musee des Beaux Arts" by W.H. Auden, and the poem "Landscape With the Fall of Icarus" by William Carlos Williams.  The completed project is due Monday, September 27th.  Class time will be given Thursday and Friday of this week to complete the assignment.
