First Article of the Week is due.  Make sure you have it in your duotang.   2.  Finish reading A & P by John Updike.  As you read closely, make notations concerning the following two questions:       1. Do you think the girls meant to cause trouble by coming to the store in bathing suits? Find supporting evidence. 2. Explain the sheep references in the story. Is Sammy a sheep? Why or why not?

As part of your 122 English course, you will be keeping a Writer's Notebook.  For clerical purposes, these will be colour-coordinated as follows:   Period 2  -  red duotang Period 4 -   yellow duotang Period 6 -  blue duotang   Please pick up the assigned class colour before the end of first week.
