English 9: We have started our media literacy unit and we are having some great discussions in class.  Over the last two days, we've been looking at the issue of privacy, particularly with how it concerns social media websites.  This week, students handed in essays and projects for The Outsiders. Homework: Complete a close reading of the case study given to you.  Also, answer the three questions on looseleaf. Hand in on Monday.   Writing 110: We have been moving along in our argument unit.  Please complete the lead and part of the body of your drafts for Monday.

Writing 110: Today, students handed in their extended narratives.  We are continuing on with our argument unit.  We have been looking at some mentor texts.  Tomorrow, we will begin brainstorming topics for our first argument piece.
