This week students are continuing to review <<Impératif>> (Test- September 21st) and finishing their banners.

This week students are reviewing the identification, use, and conjugation of <<passé composé>>.  Test early next week.

During the first 2 weeks of school, we read and shared an article, were introduced to the <<impératif>> tense and are starting a small project called <<La banniere>>  done in groups of two.  This will be due next week.  Students should also start studying for a quiz next week on the <<impératif>>.

During the first 2 weeks of school, we have been reviewing basics in French and talking about ourselves in French.  One assignment was assigned so far, <<le bouclier>> sheet ( /10) and presentation  (/10) due September 13th.

During the first 2 weeks of school, we have been reading /studying various examples of <<nouvelle à chute>> stories.  No evaluations have been completed as of yet.  Stay tuned- soon to come!  

FILA 11 content will be delivered in a blended approach of work provided in class and on the TEAMS platform. During home learning, students are expected to spend between 1/2hr-1hr of work in general.  Microsoft Teams will be used as a way of communicating with students during Home Learning days, as well as for posting some home learning assignments, notes, etc.   All students have access to Teams. Students should check the class team on a daily basis.   If a student is absent from class, the student should make direct contact with the teacher to catch up as not everything is posted to Teams.

Reminder that all of my Couse work can be accessed using Microsoft Teams. Here is what you need to do:

Step 1 - Download Microsoft Teams on your computer or your phone (it's free!)

Step 2 - Open the app and log in using your student username and password from school. When it asks for your username you must type out the whole username .... example: johdoe54212@nbss.nbed.nb.ca

Your password is the same as the one you use in the computer lab (hopefully you remember this ......)

Step 3 - Locate the class - you should see your class appear as I have already added you to the virtual classroom. Take a look at the different tabs in the class.

J’espère que ce message vous trouve tous en bonne santé et en bon esprit et que vous n’avez pas trouvez le temps trop long sans l’école ! Je me suis ennuyée de vous. 

Dans l'intérêt de vous aider à poursuivre vos études à travers ces temps difficiles, je t’offrirai des opportunités d'apprentissage chaque semaine.  J'ai l'intention d'ajouter les travaux à ma page chaque lundi par midi.  Mon but est de continuer à développer vos compétences en français dans les domaines de l’écriture, de la lecture et de l’oral.

J’ai affiché sur ma page Web les informations à suivre pour accéder à votre courriel d’élève et pour utiliser Office 365/ Microsoft Teams. Pour chacune de mes classes, j’ai créé un groupe et la semaine prochaine, je vous donnerai le lien pour accéder à notre « Team »

Good day dear students!

I hope this message finds you well and in good spirits and that you were not too bored without school!  I missed you!

In the interest of helping you pursue your studies during these challenging times,  I will be offering you some learning opportunities each week.

My intention is to add work to my Page every Monday by noon. My goal is to continue to help you develop your competencies in the areas of Writing, Reading and Speaking/Listening in French.  

I've posted information on my Teacher page to help you access your student email and use Office 365/Microsoft Teams. For each of my classes, I've created a group and next week I will send you a link to access our "team".
