Daily Lessons

Science 10 - Demonstrations for chemical properties were conducted in class today. Discussed physical and chemical changes. Assigned questions and vocabulary terms for homework. Will be starting particle theory tomorrow.   Science 9 - Completed the Earths movement today in class. Assigned questions and vocabulary terms for homework. Will be starting our examination of the solar system tomorrow in class.

Science 10 - Finished lab safety and handed back quizzes from Friday.   Science 9 - Corrected homework questions (answers posted) and finished rotation of the Earth.

September 10/10

Science 10 - Finished physical and chemical properties in class. Assigned lab safety questions. Will correct them on Monday and hopefully make it to the lab on Tuesday. Science 9 - Started space unit today. Assigned homework questions from the handout.

September 9/10

Science 10 - Started atoms and elements unit. Covered physical changes and questions were assigned. Students will be given time to complete questions in class tomorrow. Review material.   Science 9 - Covered the scientific method today in class. Will be starting Earth and Space science tomorrow. Students were given a short assignment that is due tomorrow. Many students completed their assignments in class today.

Environmental Science 122 Bonus Assignment

Attached is a copy of a bonus assignment for those of you who completed the EIA assessment paper. Hard copies will be available in class tomorrow, June 4th. These assignments are due on Monday, June 7th. No late assignments will be accepted.

Envrionmental Science Review and Test Information

Students are reminded that their pollution test is on Thursday, June 3rd. Students should review their notes and complete the water and air pollution reviews. The water pollution review was given last week and the air pollution review is as follows: Questions 2 - 17 on pages 166 & 167 Answers will be posted tomorrow after school.
