There are two exercises this week, both of which emphasize the need to be able to focus on the present. We sometimes get caught up wanting to change the past or control the future. These exercises help to put these things into perspective. Both of these exercises have been taken from Christopher Willard's Mindfulness for Teen Anxiety (2014).

Hi everyone, ordinarily each lesson will include an attachment with a Smart lesson and then corresponding exercises from the textbook or worksheets. Lesson 1 however, will include the entire unit on Trigonometry. Just pick up where you have left off. If you are unsure or are just not sure how to get started and need me to jog your memory, send me an email at andrea.bowes@nbed.nb.ca. For those of you that have completed all of unit 1, the unit on Slope will be coming your way soon!
