Today we did a self assessment of the close reading of "Nothing Gold Can Stay".  We read chapter 10. Please answer one of the following questions for Wednesday.  The answer should be from 100-150 words.  Use examples from the story to back up your answer.How is the rumble ironic?Remember that irony is the contrast between what happens and what was expected (or what would seem appropriate).  How does the rumble change Ponyboy’s perspective on fighting?
